Week 1 - Prep for Success

We’ll start applying an anti-inflammatory nutrition. We’ll lay out all the foundations of the program and the guidelines we’ll follow. Week 4 - Cut Your Cravings

We’re going to say bye bye! to your sweet tooth which will help you farther improve the way you feel. In this week, we’ll also start adding probiotic-rich foods and reintroducing certain foods we eliminated during the first three weeks. You’ll get a new food chart and even more quick and easy recipes to continue supporting you during your healing journey

Week 5 - Eliminate Hidden Toxins

We’ll take a little break from nutrition and we’ll focus on detoxing our environment. You’ll learn how environmental toxins affect gut health & hormonal balance. You’ll get practical tools to help you make safer choices and minimize your exposure to harmful chemicals. This module is as important as the other 5 because what we put on the body is equally important as the foods we consume.

Week 6 - Keeping it Healthy & Easy
